We at QCI Thermal Systems
strive to provide the safest work environment
possible for all of our employees without exception. We attain this by employing a full time safety director,
dedicated to seeing that all of our programs and policies are current and in compliance, as well as seeing that
every employee is trained to comply with the requirements of our programs and policies. Our safety director and
our project managers perform job site inspections on a regular basis and field employees perform job specific
observation reports on every job. We believe that safety is the responsibility of every employee and with the
combined efforts of everyone involved, we believe we can achieve our goal of zero accidents and injuries.
QCI employees receive pre-employment and annual physicals, participate in a drug and alcohol screening program
and receive bi-annual training in CPR/first aid. QCI also provides training on our entire safety program at
the start of employment as well as on an annual basis including annual recertification of 10 hour OSHA cards
and participation in weekly jobsite safety meetings.
QCI Thermal Systems has consistently been recognized for our commitment to safety by receiving numerous state
and national awards. Be assured that when you hire QCI Thermal Systems we perform our work safely to get the
job done on time.
