Project Manager
QCI Thermal Systems is seeking a full-time Project Manager in Iowa. This position is responsible for managing projects from start to finish, building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed, and supporting field employees throughout each project.
Career Requirements
Project management experience is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience may be considered. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Mechanical Insulator
QCI Thermal Systems is seeking full-time Mechanical Insulators in Eastern Iowa. Mechanical Insulators apply insulation materials to various surfaces, measure and cut materials to proper size, and use the appropriate tools to apply metal jacketing, PVC, and other materials based on job requirements.
Applicants should be comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and other jobsite equipment, and must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures depending on the project environment.
